Unfortunately, not everyone we meet online is the kind of person we would want to be friends with. In some cases, for example, people set up fake profiles for inappropriate purpose. So we build up a review and verfication system to protect users. We strongly suggest you double check any unverified users’ identities before starting any chats. Read more here: Verification System.
We are a small team but we have been working on building content moderation systems. We’ve developed some safety features. We use technical tools and moderators to detect fake profiles, harmful contents and unhealthy trends. Inappropriate contents would be removed immediately. If you find anything we miss, please report them in the app directly and we usually respond within 3 hours. Read more here: Community Guidelines.
We want you to have the best possible experience on Frog so we’re here to help you deal with any difficult situations, whether it’s having a bad feeling about another user, seeing an inappropriate or something else.
