Full Job Description

As a part of our Growth team,  you will leverage a unique combination of technical skills and product intuition across a variety of high-impact projects. Working closely alongside engineering, product, and design teams within Frog, you will be central to creating inventive, data-based approaches to solve difficult business and product problems. Also, it will include identifying growth levers for the product, building new experiences where needed, and iterating and taking risks to drive long-term success.

What you’ll do/Responsibility

  • Identify the opportunities most important for growth, to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization.
  • Understand the competitive landscape Frog facing and relative position in the market, to inform the product growth strategy and design.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and allow us to monitor the heath of product adoption in the markets we serve.
  • Partner with Product, Design and Engineering to develop and implement experiments to test hypothesis for which changes will drive product adoption and growth.
  • Optimize funnels to reduce friction and drive the best possible experience for users who are going through any product flows necessary to become users of our products and services.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • A team player who can collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze performance, provide insights, and proactively suggest campaign improvements to improve performance and customer lifetime value.
  • Ability in making analytical, data-driven decisions and communicating the results of analyses.

Minimum qualification:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a Growth role (i.e. social media manager, data analyst, growth hacker, product growth analyst). 
  • Preference for high-growth tech startups.
  • A team player and have creativity mindset.
